Hello I it possible in any way to have ports open on RT-AX58U V2 without merlin because merlin ins not compatible with that device. When connected to a vpn service. So ports not are closed. Plz I hope it.

You should be asking Asus this question (they don't respond to anything we say here). Use the feedback form within the GUI.

Did you look at the spec sheets, the manual, or search the www?

If you have, with no results, that may indicate you need another model router for what you need/want to do.
