RT-AX58U vpnclients is missing

Problem:
Missing tab "OpenVPN Clients" in VPN section
Device: Asus RT-AX58U v2
Firmware: 3.0.0.4.386_49674 (also tried merlin RT-AX58U_386.7_2)

Does this feature works only on newer/better models?
