RT-AX86U - a huge speed difference between wifi and cable

I'm sandwiched between two airports and mega weather radar and DFS was an issue until one station moved. It wasn't a constant issue only when they fired up the dish on top of the building during weather events. Try the channels and see how stable they are. I also have to deal with 30 units in the building being set to auto so I crank up the power and push them to them high band channels.
