RT-AX88U Pro 5Ghz LED

I recently purchased this router to replace the AX88U that had USB ports fail after upgrading on me. I use the LED scheduler in AMTM and found that the 5Ghz wireless LED stays on despite having wifi turned off completely on the router.

Does anyone have any ideas why this LED stays on even if this wifi network is off?
