RT-BE92U in repeater mode connected to a phone's AP - how do I access the router web UI?

Pretty much the title.
Current Ethernet and wifi connection settings show as these

Usually I'd access it with 192.168.50.1, none of the default route addresses or anything work. How can I set it up so the whole network uses 192.168.2.1 as the routers IP? (I usually change it after setting up the router from 192.168.50.1)

You can't. You're just repeating the signal from the access point which is on the 10.251.14.0/24 network. Try running an IP scan on that network or using the Asus device discovery tool to find the IP address of the RT-BE92U.

I got on to it and tried changing the ips but then I couldn't get back to the web UI, but still had internet access. (manually assigning ip on the connection too)

What did you change the IP to? It must be something in the 10.251.14.0/24 network.

Screw it, just going to cable tether for now and not have any amtm since only one USB port. f18dde06-d3d4-48c9-960c-18951f4dc43b.jpg

This yellow text is confusing though. Is that not exactly what using usb tether is?

It tells you when USB is used for primary WAN there is no option for Auto tethering via USB when primary WAN is down... which is quite obvious, but this is a consumer device and the UI is trying to explain things better. If this is working for you - keep it this way.

I can't seem to get internet access. I had it working fine with my RT-AX86U pro for a couple days

Took the settings from the apn on the phone. Although no idea if the dial code is correct I can't find anything on it, that's default

Your screen shots are terrible and hard to read. On a Windows computer press Win + Shift + S, select the screen area you want to show, paste in your posts. Like this example from my gateway's UI, just whatever is eventually relevant to the conversation:
