I have two N66U's B1, one Dark Night set up as an AP and the other set as a repeater. The repeater shoes CFE version 1.0.1.9 and the AP 1.0.1.3. Why is is this happening? The firmware is equal on both routers (see image).

The CFE and the firmware are two different things. Typically the CFE is never updated after the router is manufactured.
