RT-N66U: Tx Power stuck at 80mW?

I just got an Asus RT-N66U. I've tried upping the Tx power to 100mW for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios, but when I type in 100 and press "Apply", nothing happens. It seems to be stuck at 80mW.

My firmware version is 3.0.0.3.112. I haven't tried upgrading it yet since everything seems to be working fine (except for this Tx power adjustment issue).
