Hi,
I have an RT-N66u with Merlin FW and an EA-N66 which is set up in extender mode with it's own APN. I'm extending my 5 Ghz coverage. It all works but after a while the extender APN suddenly disappears and the devices connected to it either connects to the RT-N66u directly or drops off the network without reconnecting. I have not been able to find out exactly how and when this happens since it's most often during the night or when the extender has been idle for a few hours. When I do a scan the APN is back up so it seems like this is is a sudden interruption of some sort. Anyone know what may be happening. The only thing I can think of is the Network Key Rotation Interval which is set at the default 3,600. Could that be causing this?
