RT Throttling Activated?

I just noticed on my AX86S that I got a notification RT Throttle Activated when I rebooted the router. I have never seen this before. Was wondering what it was and cant find anything online about what this feature does.

Looks like that's the system default for your model.

The real question is what should this value be set to?
