Ruckus’ New Cloud Wi-Fi Offering Now Generally Available

Ruckus announced that Cloud Wi-Fi, its WLAN management-as-a-service, is now generally available.

The new cloud platform helps build out and manage small to large wireless networks using a cloud UI to streamline wireless network management. The simplified UI presents only the data needed while automating tasks when possible. The user interface is available via web browser or Android and iOS apps.

Cloud Wi-Fi enables on-demand deployments supporting Ruckus’ current set of wireless access points. The new cloud service supports public cloud, data center or private cloud, hardware or virtual appliance and controller-less options.

Cloud Wi-Fi is available now. Pricing was not given.
