Running Parallel LANs on R7800 with Voxel/Kamoj

Hey all;

I have two networks running off of a modem. I was running both networks through the R7800 which is connected to the modem and acts as the DHCP provider, plus runs DNSCrypt for adblocking + the other benefits.
Downside is secondary network user doesn't like the adblocking feature (it breaks too many of his sites he visits), so right now I'm running him through another (dying) router that is connected to the second LAN port in the modem.

Is there a way for me to run the secondary network through the R7800 but bypass DNSCrypt for that network only? I tried messing with the VLAN settings but I don't understand them and the router lost the ability to connect to the modem while the VLAN was enabled.

Update:

The router died. I guess I reached the EOL for the FLASH module, which was a stupid thing for Netgear to design into a high-end commercial router.

I had everything working almost exactly the way I wanted it to when the router suddenly reset itself. When it came back up, the Kamoj module was gone and the WiFi wouldn't turn on. After attempting to reflash it a few times (it kept telling me it had no space available to install Kamoj), it bricked. I recovered via TFTP with a really old firmware and then started working back toward a more modern firmware. Once I hit a certain size on the firmware file it bricked again.

I have it running right now (no WiFi) on a really old stock firmware. I have an ASUS router coming tomorrow. The only Netgear router I was interested in isn't available in my country for some reason. So going back to ASUS. I'm going to miss Voxel's firmware and Kamoj's addon.

How old was it and how many times did you flash it? I bet a lot of us are on borrowed time as well.
