SaaS Server establishment

Dear Sirs,

I need help making a SaaS server, I want to try to publish a readymade non-cloud software like a Microsoft office for instance, and make it usable to many users via could.
And as I am new to cloud computing, I need any advice how to start and what is the most suitable software to make such a server.
