Samba getting crazy after new Firmware:380.69

Hi,
I am using Asus AC-66R, after new update Firmware:380.69, I have a problem with accessing my USB hardware. I had to disable NTFS to have some access to Samba drivers. Still, on windows 7, I cannot see in my computer network router. Anyone else have similar problems?
