set up an Apple AE as an AP?

I just replaced my Apple AirPort Extreme with a new R8000 router. It seems an upgrade.
Now what to do with the old AE router?
Is there a way I can utilize it as an Wifi AP or Wifi extender?

If you're wired, just set the Airport to Bridge Mode
