Hi, I have allocated a static ip for my computer and mobile device. However I allow others to connect to my network, and I would like to restrict their max download speed to 50KB/sec or something like that. How would I do it? QoS is disabled by default, and even so it doesn't have the capability to restrict like that. I am on 3.0.0.4.260 firmware on N66U.
