Setting up asus dsl n66u and asus rt ac 5300

Hi guys.

Need help on to setup my asus dsl n66 u and asus rt ac 5300. The n66 needs to act as a modem while the 5300 needs do the routing.

What kind of details do you need? From my understanding I need to set one of them in some kind of bridge mode but I am unsure what settings I need to change and what I shouldn't and on which router,ect

You would need to put the dsl66 into bridge mode and I am not 100% sure but I don't think you can set the dsl66 in bridge mode from what I read.

Perhaps it would work for you if you turn off DHCP in the dsl66 then setup the 5300 with your connection login info.

Ok. So I managed to get it to work but I am having an issue with the wifi and my smart tv's.

They seem to be able to connect to the router but aren't getting internet.

Any suggestions?
