Setting up Firewall Service [SOLVED]

Can any one tell me how the Network Service Filter is set up.

Have tried some configuration but nothing. when i select the filter table type "black list/white list" nothing seems to select or change.

Then i add some source ip a port a destination ip a port but nothing. i cant get to understand how to configure this thing.

My intention is to set some IP addresses to block them port 80 (internet) but leave them on everything else like email 110/3535. But just for that group, all other IPs on network should have full access...

ie let say i want to block internet access to ip .60 how do i configure it?
and what about a ip range like .65-.70
