setup two OpenVPN servers that all clients see each other

Hi

I need a bit help setting up a second OpenVPN.
The first server I have setup that all client can see each other.
I have setup a second OpnVPN server and I would like that also this clients can connect to all the clients of the first server. So all clients of both server shall see each other.

The first server is at IP net 10.0.1.0 and the second at 10.0.2.0.

Can someone help me how to configure?
