Should I or Shouldn't I Is The Question

So I got this great router a week ago and fell in love it. Having 33 CCTV cameras, plus everything else, I needed something that could handle it. So while messing around it and messing it up, I saw this thing about Total Swap: No swap configured. So the question is should I or shouldn't I enable it, and how do I set it up?
P.S. Saw alot of post about the heat problem with this router as well. For a week, my router wasn't getting enough air behind it as it was sitting up on the wall. Last night as I was messing with the cables because of another problem, I noticed it turned off by it's self and then came back on. Took out my heat gun and shot it. Front 100F and back 113F and up to 115. Wow, what temps are these? So I got out my trusting little fan, place it on the back of it, and now my temps are NICE. 2.4GHz 41c, 5GHz 42c and CPU 42c. Been like this all day with room temps of 80F. But to rest everyone's mind, while talking to ASUS, they said that the temps on an avg shouldn't be any higher than 90F.

Funny you should ask that question. My current router that I'm talking about is the ASUS RT-BE86U. But I noticed that you have the one I use to have. Long story short about that one is that my brick (power adapter), was very hot to the touch. So I traded it in the BE86u. Did I make a mistake?

See? No one had to ask which router I have because it’s in my signature. Very helpful.

I had to RMA my router early on when the WAN port would no longer negotiate at 2.5Gb. But after that, it’s been a very stable router. Hate the size, but love the stability.
was very hot to the touch
Stop touching it. Keep your hands to yourself. Ignorance is bliss.

Yea, and don't forget the 2GB of ram compare to my 1 1/2 GB of ram
I have 1GB RAM. I use less than half with modest DNS adblocking and firewall IP blocklists.
