Simple Hot Spot Suggestions

Hi Guys,

First time poster, long time reader.

I have a friend that has a small coffee shop. He would like to offer is patrons free wifi access with the following conditions (in bold are most important):
-Free wifi
-Hard time limit, he does not want customers spending the entire day in his shop
-Captive portal, to show login page, coffee shop info, usage policy
-Content filtering, he needs to block explicit sites, p2p, etc
-Not needed but would be nice, automated daily password change e-mailed to owner, if not he will manually change the passwords.

I've looked around and have been unable to find a simple all in one solution that can do all of this. Do you have any suggestions?

I know I've seen a tutorial on YouTube for doing this exact thing using DD-WRT. It used a service that allowed you to set up a catch and release portal with a custom page and other things like this and all the basic stuff was free. I think this is the video that I saw or it was something similar:
