In trying to get some websites whitelisted, I ran into this. When it rejects adding in some IP addresses because they are already there, it displays the IP address of pixelserv-tls. See screen capture.

The fact that the domain resolves to pixelserv's IP means Diversion is blocking it. I think you need to whitelist the domain in Diversion, not Skynet.
