Smart Phones Not Connecting

I just purchased an Asus RT-AC68W and cannot get any of the smartphones in the home to connect to either the 2.4g of 5g. the firmware has been upgraded and everything is on default settings. The interesting thing is the phone states I am connected with max bars but when I go to the internet I get the "This webpage is not available" message.

Any Suggestions?
