SOHO Router capable of port based VLANs for multiple static IP's.

New Around Here
I've got multiple sites that have a broadband connection to provide internet access for different groups of users (guests, contractor's, etc) and each group of users needs to use an unique/isolated subnet. To accomplish this, the broadband connection at each site, has 2+ public static IP's.

I'd like to find the smallest/cheapest router without wireless that is capable of managing a couple port based VLAN's on a single broadband connection and provide DHCP for each VLAN/subnet.

The soho Checkpoint appliances can do this but by the time you buy the support contract and the license upgrade to get that functionality, it's more than we need or want to spend. We don't need any of that extra security functionality because each guest user is expected to provide their own security. We're just providing them some bare-bones internet access.

Right now I'm just running a desktop switch behind the broadband modem at each site and then using a separate broadband router for each static IP/subnet but we'd rather have a slightly cleaner way to accomplish this with a single, better quality router.

Any router suggestions?

The Ubiquiti EdgeMAX Lite should be able to handle it.

Full disclosure, I'm a developer on this product and maybe be a bit biased.

I haven't really heard much about these, but after reading up a bit, I'll get one in and see if it's viable. I really need a couple more ports, so if the Lite works out I'll look into the PoE model whenever that's available. I hate to pay double the Lite price for the PoE when I only need a few more ports and won't have any use for the power, but there are a few sites where I'll need 1 WAN and 3 LAN ports.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm open to trying out a few different routers to find one we can standardize on.
