New Around Here
Hello SNB,

Long time lurker first time poster. I am messing around with a new Pixelserv install on my router and I was attempting to follow the directions to issue a WebGUI cert.

BUT - when I run the config-webgui.sh script on the router, nothing happens.

AND when I follow the link to see what the script contains, to https://kazoo.ga/pixelserv-tls/config-webgui.sh (this is in the below guide), I get a certificate error from kazoo.ga, and redirected to a site https://forwrdnow.com/aS/feedclick?s=iCHDhKPjWRae7u...............

Is this site compromised, or is this normal behavior and I just don't know what I'm doing? Seems very strange to me... Here is the guide I was follwoing:

[ASUSWRT] Use Pixelserv CA to issue a certificate for WebGUI · kvic-z/pixelserv-tls Wiki · GitHub

Thanks all.

@kvic the author let the domain expire. I host an updated router model version of that script on my server. Use the amtm ps function to run it.

@thelonelycoder , my thanks to you for doing so. Just yesterday I got into this script and after a few moments of frustration (was following the wiki on the merlin documentation page), I learned that the script was available through entware. I now have a pixcelsrv cert for https access.

The wiki needs to be updated. Not sure if anyone can edit, or if the author alone can edit.

I get the following message when trying command ps in amtm menu. (screenshot attached)
No pixelserv-tls beta versions are available…
Any ideas … as to how to get the script running?

For info: I have no other script installed (as image attached)

You need to have pixelserv-tls installed on the router, Normally via diversion but guess it can be installed via entware also

That is what I am trying… How do I install pixelserv-TLS through entware (without installing Diversion)?

I though the ps command would do that… but gives the message as in my post above.

&
opkg install pixelserv-tls

The ps command takes the certificate that pixelserv creates and uses it for https access to the webgui. So first, pixelserv has to be installed and running to create the certificate and put it in the place the ps command looks for it.

Honestly, I think the easiest thing to try might be to install Diversion Standard, and then use the ps command to do the webgui thing, and then disable Diversion. Fingers crossed.

Code:
opkg install pixelserv-tls
works fine…. No need to install Diversion standard and then uninstall Diversion.

I actually do not need pixelserv-tls for webgui certs…. I am going to use it for adguard home instance running on the router… To replace blank spaces with single pixel image.
