Encounter some very strange problem. I start noticing some sites some images not loading accordingly.
I did some check and notice the following when doing a nslookup from my pc

Code:
c:\>nslookup
Default Server: router.asus.com
Address: 192.168.1.1

> sg-test-11.slatic.net
Server: router.asus.com
Address: 192.168.1.1

Name: sg-test-11.slatic.net

> server 8.8.8.8
Default Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

> sg-test-11.slatic.net
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: e2338.e27.akamaiedge.net
Address: 23.201.156.188
Aliases: sg-test-11.slatic.net
          content.lazada.com
          slatic.net.edgekey.net

If I were to ssh to the router and do a lookup, it can resolve

Code:
admin@RT-AC86U:/tmp/home/root# nslookup sg-test-11.slatic.net
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address 1: 8.8.8.8 dns.google

Name: sg-test-11.slatic.net
Address 1: 23.201.156.188 a23-201-156-188.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com

Possible to advise any other places which i should be looking at for this issue?
Thanks

You appear to be located in Malaysia. If I use a Malaysian proxy I can see that 8.8.8.8 returns the addresses whereas 1.1.1.1 does not. The 1.1.1.1 server works fine when accessed from here in the UK.

So this is an issue with the 1.1.1.1 DNS server when accessed from Malaysia.

Hi @ColinTaylor ,

Yes, that was the problem. Thanks again. I changed it to use all google DNS now instead.
I'm not sure why the 1.1.1.1 is not resolving accordingly
