spdMerlin SqLite3 Errors When Installing Latest Version

Whenever I try to install the latest version and tries to fire up I get bombarded with this output; Never ending and keep parsing that output.
Attached a txt file with it.

Are you upgrading or first install? I was seeing the same issues, but installed the previous version, then upgraded to 4.4.7.

I have found and fixed the source of the "duplicate column name" errors. I'm still currently running tests and validation, but there should be a new "4.4.8" release version soon.
