SSH "Allow remote Port Forwarding" option not working

Hi,

I'm currently on 380.64_2. Since some weeks I am having problems to do SSH server to client port forwarding. The ports are always connected to 127.0.0.1, never to 0.0.0.0, which is what I need to let other clients use the forwarding. I tried to toggle the "Allow Remote Port Forwarding" option, but it did not help. The netstat -an command allways binds the ports to 127.0.0.1! It used to work flawlessly in some of the previous versions of the FW. Please help.
