Static route issues

So I just picked up an RT-AC88U and configured it for my lan and am seeing some weird issues. I have 4 prefixes routed inwards towards my L3 switch. However, I can only reach what appears to be the first two I installed in the table. I have 10.26.7.0/24, 10.58.1.0/24 I can reach, all pointing to the same next hop gateway. However any of the last 3 subnets I added, 10.5.35.0/24, 10.6.82.0/24, & 10.5.66.0/24 all are unreachable. When I check the system log, routing table page, the 3 I can't reach dont even appear listed. Any ideas if this is a bug or am I missing something very obvious?
