Static routes + PPTP

Hello everybody !
I have a problem with static routes to vpn-client's network.
Router: Asus RT-N66u, asuswrt-merlin 378.55
My network: 192.168.0.0/24
VPN pool: 192.168.10.2-192.168.10.11
VPN-client's network: 192.168.5.0/24
I set new route to network 192.168.5.0 via gateway 192.168.10.2 and nothing happens
I connect to router via ssh and print "route -e" and i don't see new routing. Reboot doesn't help
"route add -net 192.168.5.0/24 gw 192.168.10.2" helps me, but it doesn't work after reboot or reconnect the client.
Also I can't assign a static ip-address to vpn-client. I set ip 192.168.10.3 but client get 192.168.10.2. Reboot doesn't help.
