Should I leave STP enabled?

I have 2 moca adapters (1 for tv and 1 for a roku ultra)

Would STP help in anyway for gaming?

Everytime I enable stp it mkes my gaming feel weird...

Any relevance?

STP, doesn't affect gaming. It only used to build loop free topology in network. In most homes it is not needed. You can disable it.

I have a moca adapter for my set top boxes and another for my Roku ultra. So that’s why I asked

You can still disable it, even when using moca adapters
Gotcha ; So for the PoE filter ; I’m not sure if Verizon used one (no clue) ; but I never installed it ; should I add one right from the ont to the splitter for safe measure?
