Strange MAC on Wan-Asus RT-AC68U

Hi, i have Asus RT-AC68U,Merlin 380.70. My modem is Hub 3 from Virgin.
Last time when i checked Tools-Sysinfo i noticed strange Mac address on Wan port with name Cisco Systems. Should i be concerned about this?

Probably because you've put your Hub into "modem mode" so you are seeing the MAC address of the CMTS.
