Streaming problems on ASUS RT-AC5300

New Around Here
Hi All,
Newbie first time poster with router problems. I just received a new ASUS RT-AC5300 router. Having many streaming issues with this beast. I can stream Netflix on a PC but not on my smart LG TV's. It also trips on videos on IMDB and a few on CNN. Old router was a Netgear and never had an issue. Any thoughts on whats going on? Could this be a router setting? I was checking various reviews of the product and people say they have no issues with Netflix or any streaming. My firmware is up to date. Thanks in advance for any thoughts that you might share.

Really not enough information to diagnose anything. It's like calling a shop and saying my car made a clunk-clunk-clack sound, what is it?

You need to do some reading and learning in regards to basic trouble shooting, and then post the steps you took to resolve the problem. Start by defaulting the router and turn on no advanced settings such as QOS, AIprotection, etc. and see what happens. Also learn what applications you can use to see what WiFi channels are most congested in your neighborhood so you can pick the least used channels. As you go through this process you will be learning stuff you can use for a lifetime to better set up a WiFi network. Don't assume that because you bought the the latest and the greatest it is point and click. Many times its just the opposite.

Check the multicast settings - can make a difference there perhaps...
