suggestion for forum, word based anti-spam

There seems to be so many spam bots lately that i think the most effective way would be to filter out posts based on words used such as supplement, workout and such. This is a technical forum not a fitness forum.

Since im not a new user i dont know if sufficient anti spam measures for registering are in use.

Perhaps anti dictionary attack measures as well.
