I get multiple messages logged daily:
Jan 13 10:49:19 smbd[26317]: [2017/01/13 10:49:19.199809, 0] ../libcli/auth/ntlm_check.c:54(smb_pwd_check_ntlmv1)
Jan 13 10:49:19 smbd[26317]: smb_pwd_check_ntlmv1: incorrect password length (68)
They only differ in date / time
Firmware Version 380.64_2
Hardware: ASUS AC3100 with 1TB disk formatted with NTFS file system connected to USB 3 port on the AC3100.
Everything appears to be working normally. I suspect that it has something to do with the attached disk access but have no idea where to look. The backup / recovery system (EaseUS ToDo Backup) and read/write PC application access all work without errors posted at the PC end.
PC's are running latest Windows 10 updates.
