TCP VPN Issue 388.2.2

Something funny going on since 388.2. I don't have any add-ons but if I try to set up a TCP OpenVPN Server, the daemon won't start - the up/down fails. Works fine with a UDP OpenVPN server.

Have a wireguard and an openvpn client active too if that helps narrow the issue.

Read the system log, it will tell you what's wrong.

I couldn't find anything in the logs until I rebooted. Going on/off didn't show much. Then I found it - port reserved. I was using ports in use with other VPN's or reserved for some other reason. Once I changed the port, it started working again. Or so I think...
