Temporarily allow guest network to see other IP addresses

I like to put any IoT devices on my guest network. However, this isn't possible since many of these devices need a phone (for example) to be on the same network to configure it properly. The guest network must have some kind of additional restriction that does not allow the two devices to properly talk to each other. Is there a way to temporarily remove this restriction just until the device's WiFi settings are configured?

Nevermind. I found the option: "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network"
