Tenda Nova MW6 wired backhaul advice?

Hello, I wanted to ask can I set up mw6 nodes wired through a switch. At the moment, my primary node is connected through Ethernet cable to the second node, the second node then connects to a network switch. I was wondering can I run a cable through from that switch to the third node? Will that connect the 3 nodes as wired connection? I tried to do it this way but my internet kept dropping every half and hour on all wired connections. wifi worked fine. If so which port do I connect to the wires into? Thanks for all the help.
