5 GHz is not supported yet. Shibby still has to work on that one.
 
The issue here is that no person yet has tested it on the 5 GHz band. When it
works on that I sure hope it has a better Broadcom driver than Asus has till now to offer.

Shibby already said that 5 GHz was not working yet. Also, he can only reuse whatever driver Asus makes available through the GPL, shibby doesn't have access to Broadcom's SDK to build his own drivers.
