I would like to make sure that all my links work properly.
I used the standard network monitor which shows me some CRC errors. However, I can't tell wheter this is form one particular link. Is there a tool that can show the errors by source/destination?

Some NICs include utilities to test point to point connection. Intel is one that comes to mind. In some cases you have to download the tool from Intel's website.

Use Windows commands. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300986

Also take a look at Capsa free. its good for up to 50 LAN IPs. Not sure this will do what you're after as I've only briefly checked out this software. Its fairly comprehensive.
