Quick Comparison of WiFi 5GHz download speeds

Just got the TP-Link AX1500 and wanted to do a quick download speed comparison.

IP: Comcast
From 1st floor (router or AP)
To 2nd floor bedroom MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
(Two walls, one floor 30 feet)
Using speedtest.net app on Macbook

router or AP Download Speed (Mbps)
wired ethernet------------------------------>360 (Best Case)
eero Gen 2 to eero Gen 1(1 hop)----------->80
Asus RT-AC86 ------------------------------>160
TP-Link AX1500 --------------------------->278

went to walmart today. They had one AX1500. I was surprised they had 3 shelves of routers and modems. Netgear from the 1700 to the X4. 4 or 5 of every model ARIS modems.

So I searched for Mikrotik related threads and posted some replies several weeks back.

None are there now/ Any of my 2019 posts. What / why?

PS: At this price are the any previous Archer 6 / 7 / 9 even worth touching?

PS:

Understanding & comparing the differences between various TP Link Archer products;
A vs C i.e. A7 vs C7 etc or A6 vs A7 or C6 vs C7, the ones with MIMO and/ or not?

Handling lots of smart home/ small Wireless N & AC devices?

Once I better understand how to decode and compare them, I'll see what makes sense buying at market or sale prices.
