Traffic logs on USB

Hi
I am trying to save the traffic log on a USB
I setup a;; and the database was created (I checked).
However, i am seeing the following in the system log:
Problem loading /mnt/STATS/tomato_cstats_bcee7b6eed88.gz

I have a AC68U running the latest 3.0.0.4.374.39 merlin

I tried another USB drive and stick. I tried formatting it (All use FAT32)
Nothing is working
I don't know what could be the problem

Double check how you named the disk, since Linux is case-sensitive.

I acquired this router today and intend on using a USB drive for storing transfer stats including per IP. Will keep eye on developments.

I double checked the names and it is correct.
I even selected the drive from within the WEbUI (Using select)
Still i am getting this error

Just a quick note :
The error is appearing exactly every 15 min in the log.

Update:
I reformat the USB stick to NTFS, checked for errors(clean) and retried.
Still the same
Nothing shows during the mount process
This router doesn't like USB sticks

Double check that those files do actually exist on the disk.

I SSH'ed into the disk and yes the file exists (92 bytes till now)

Try deleting the file and recreating it through the web interface in case it might be corrupted.

I tried that but as soon as the file is recreated, 15 min later the same error occurs!

I'm having the same issue. The traffic stats were working fine for over 3 months and then out of the blue I started getting this error. Problem loading /mnt/PNY/tomato_rstats_2c56dcd8f858.gz. Still trying...

Nothing changed on the router. No settings were changed. I plugged the flash drive into the computer and files show up in explorer. Date on file is 8/4/2017 which makes sense as to when it stopped working. File size is 1,046 bytes. Drive is FAT32. I tried rebooting the router with the flash drive both in and out with no luck. Firmware was 380.66_4 when I first noticed the issue. Currently on 380.67. Any other ideas? I would really like it if I could avoid losing over three months worth of stats. Thanks.
