Traffic Monitor breaks Internet

I have a RT-AC68U on 380.63_2 when I enable IPTraffic under Traffic Monitoring and apply after it reaches 100% I have lost internet connection. I have to NVRAM RESET and setup the router again to get back on the internet.

I have tried several different settings including Ram and Custom location and Create or reset IPTraffic data files: tried both Yes and No.
