Transferring files from Asus RT-AC66U (Merlin) to Nas4Free without pc

Hi, Routed here!

I've got a load of large files stashed on my Asus RT-AC66U router running the latest Merlin and I want to know how to transfer these to my Nas server (Nas4Free) without using my pc. Has anyone got any ideas how I can do this?
 
If your NAS supports SSH, then I would use "scp" from the router to copy the files over SSH to your NAS.
