If any one cares, I've put a install of of using TriggerCMD, a remote control agent that work with
most home control - alexa, google, ms voice, works with SmartThings devices

This puts it on a Router or Nas. etc. Power on PCs whatever

TRIGGERCMD.COM is a a cloud website that can issue action commands that are defined by the agent software. Alexa, Google Home, Cortana, https triggers, Apps on phone can trigger actions.
In my case, A command "bedtime" triggers a shutdown on my home server.,
