after the update I started receiving lots of Let's encrypt related error messages like:

Nov 24 09:00:00 rc_service: service 7385:notify_rc restart_letsencrypt
Nov 24 09:00:00 Let's Encrypt: Err, DDNS update failed.

These errors were not present in the previous firmware version (45898), which is odd as the newest firmware is supposed to fix Let's encrypt bugs...

after disabling and re-enabling the ddns client, the errors stopped appearing. Go figure...
