TUF-BE3600_V2 Dual WAN tab missing in web GUI

Not sure why I can't find the dual wan tab in Advanced Settings-->WAN, some people said it may move to Network-->Smart Home Master, but I couldn't find it there either.
Firmware version: ASUStek stock image 3.0.0.6.102_39099
Reboot the device did not make it show up.
Any idea of it. Just don't want to reset it to factory settings and re-do all the config again.

I went to ASUS' webpages and checked this TUF-BE3600 and TUF-AX3000 V2, then I went to check the RT-AC68U specs (because I am familiar with that model that it has Dual WAN). Only the RT-AC68U said "Dual WAN" in the specs...
