Seems like they used session counts rather than unique users in their marketing materials to boost the size of their community.

Too bad, their UniFi software is promising for high tech homes that have outgrown currently available consumer products but can't justify enterprise level gear.

To be fair, I am sure that one could tweak consumer gear enough to make it all work flawlessly. I just don't have that kind of patience anymore.

Unfortunately, if the SEC does find wrongdoing, lot of folks could be affected.
