My dad needs a whole set of internet equipment for his summer cottage.
I ordered the new Ubiquiti WiFi 6 Lite and got an older switch called US-8-60W from my neighbor.
However, this needs to be supplemented with a wired router or a smaller router. What are the options where there is not much space?
No need for VPN, DPI, IPS / IDS or similar.
Dad have a ATV in the garage that he would like to monitor with a PoE Camera next year. Do he need a VPN router to not be affected by intrusion? Is a good firewall + long password not enough?
