Unable to Port forward to my Windows Home server

On my Asus RT-AC68U I am unable to forward to my windows home server. Running latest merlin firmware. I have gone in and enabled router from web. I then went to port forwarding section on router and enabled it. My problem is when I go and enter the port I want to forward and server ip hit apply when it comes back the forward I just entered disappears. Any help greatly appreciated.

Works fine with Asuswrt. It marks forwarded traffic so it can bypass CTF.

I just reset the router and set it up again and I am able to port forward now. Who knows. Magic.
