Unable to save changes in wan port forwarding with 388.1

Hello all,
I wanted to ask you if you have the same problems as me.
I am unable to make changes to this tab, port forwarding with version 388.1: unable to correct an entry or deleting+adding it again.
Before that, I have been able to correct entries in my ddns tab.
Suggestions?

Apparently I have available space at NVRAM:
